Health Program Analyst-Position Announcement
Full-time Health Program Analyst needed to monitor treatment, intervention, and recovery services. This position monitors compliance, quality of service delivery and the overall programmatic and clinical operations of contracted providers. Will conduct quarterly site visits, oversee implementation of corrective action plans, investigate complaints, write reports and act as a liason between BSAS and the funded provider. A minimum of three (3) years of direct care experience in the substance abuse field and certification or licensure as a substance abuse professional is required. A bachelor’s prepared, behavioral health professional licensed under a Health Occupations Board with at least three (3) years as a substance abuse specialist may be substituted for a Master’s prepared, behavioral health specialist. Special Projects Coordinator-Position Announcement
Special Projects Coordinator position available at Baltimore Substance Abuse Systems. Coordinates program planning, development, and implementation for special behavioral health projects and initiatives. Manages projects from planning stage to implementation. Develops business functional, technical specifications and requirements for specific projects. Works as a member of an interdisciplinary performance team. Possession of Master’s Degree in Public Health, Public Administration or allied health field and three years research and/or administrative experience in behavioral health.
