Funding Opportunities

Baltimore Substance Abuse Systems (BSAS) makes funding available in two ways:

  • Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are posted to BSAS’ website. RFPs describe competitive grant applications, and include instructions and requirements for submitting narrative and budget proposals. For questions, applicants should contact the person(s) indicated in the RFP. General questions about BSAS funding opportunities may be directed to Bonnie Campbell, LCSW, Director of Policy and Planning, 410-637-1900 ext. 252 or bcampbell@bsasinc.org.
  • Continuation Funding Applications are distributed by BSAS to currently funded service providers. For questions, applicants should contact the person(s) indicated in the invitations to submit continuation applications. For general questions, applications should contact their assigned BSAS Health Program Analyst and/or BSAS Grants Accountant. See continuation grant applications and budget forms below.

BSAS Request for Proposals
  • BSAS is now accepting proposals for Baltimore City’s Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) Initiative. This Initiative will have two levels of service for dually diagnosed adults with criminal justice involvement. Please click here for more information and to view both RFPs. Proposals are due by Thursday January 5, 2012 by 4:00pm.
    (Note: The Previously posted time of 5:00PM was incorrect. The correct deadline for submission is 4:00PM as now stated.)

Continuation Grant Application and Budget Forms
Continuation applications for fiscal year 2012 are due to BSAS by January 7, 2011. Fiscal year 2012 runs from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.
