Co-Occurring Therapist Case Manager
 
Therapist Case Manager needed to provide co-occurring treatment services to adults with histories of homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness and trauma. This person will engage/re-engage clients, assess, and provide integrated therapy and case management services to a population of individuals experiencing homelessness and who present with co-occurring symptoms. Applicant should be comfortable working with homeless and/or low-income individuals and posses excellent verbal and written communication skills. License required: LGSW, LCSW, LCSW-C or LCPC, LGPC. Nonprofit, community health center seeks qualified candidate to coordinate mental health and substance abuse treatment of patients, assure that services meet contract requirements and state and local regulations, successfully screen/evaluate patients and provide individual and group counseling. The candidate is required to have a Bachelors degree in health or human services from an accredited college or university, have an LCADC OR LCPC-AD license and certified or able to meet certification criteria and 4 years experience providing substance abuse treatment. Addictions Counselor (part time)

Treatment Resources for Youth, Inc., an outpatient adolescent substance abuse agency located in Charles Village, is looking for a part-time Addictions Counselor. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Candidates should be energetic, reliable and have a strong work ethic. Counselor must have certification as a CSC-AD or have Trainee status from the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors. The candidate will be expected to maintain a small caseload in addition to completing comprehensive substance abuse assessments. Number of hours per week is negotiable. Generous compensation/commensurate with experience.
