Needle Exchange

How to participate
The Baltimore Needle Exchange Program operates six days and three evenings a week.  Injecting drug users may participate in this free and confidential program by registering on the van or at a participating pharmacy location listed below.  No identification is required.  There is no minimum age.  The program also provides access to drug treatment.
